Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
Current dispatch for smaller items is 1-2 working days.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 working days from the date of your order for larger items. Current dispatch for smaller items is 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Some of our suppliers will take seven to day business days from time of dispatch for larger items. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that on some items we currently do not offer a home delivery service outside the UK Mainland, please check our product pages and contact us if you are outside the UK Mainland so we can arrange shipping for you. UK MAINLAND DELIVERY excludes N. Ireland, Offshore Islands and some parts of Scotland) and the following postcodes: AB, DD, KW, KY, IV, PA, PH, FK, IN, GY and JE.
Once the item is delivered to the end user a signature will be obtained as proof of delivery in good order.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com
Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery and get a full refund. Please contact us before returning the item. Please note that any loss or damage in transit to us will be the sender’s liability. The item must be returned without any modifications, be in its original packaging and have all of its accessories.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
